Chube Hotend is a labor of love for Team Chube We are proud of designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing Chube Hotend Products. Our love for 3D-printing drives these momentous efforts in the name of endless possibility.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
We want all of our customers to print happy, therefore: All Chube Hotends carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The Chube Hotend warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship by manufacturers. The warranty is non-transferable to resold units. Manufacturer defects will be limited to the original purchaser of each individual hotend, and proof of purchase must be provided to Team Chube.
Conditions of Warranty:
Chube Products must have been subject only to Chube Hotend recommended usage. The Chube product shall not have been maltreated, modified, mis-stored, improperly installed, or otherwise damaged. The product should have zero evidence of purposeful or unintended tampering.. There should be zero unapproved, experimental, and/or self-made modification done internally or externally to the Chube Hotend or parts thereof. Warranty shall be void if damage or defect is concluded to be caused by usage of self-sourced, hand-made, or cloned parts, including: meltzone adapters, heatsinks, heatbreaks, heatblocks, or tubes.
Claim Submission:
Any claim against Team Chube for defects in materials or workmanship must be electronically submitted to Team Chube/or Reseller in writing, and should include image/s of alleged defect(s). Team Chube must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned. Further discussion must stay within the designated ticket system.
Shipping Costs:
Claimant must prepay all shipping and transportation costs, including insuring the shipment for full value. Team Chube will not replace, repair, or refund the part/s in question unless warranty conditions are met.
- Warranty conditions met: Team Chube will ship back replacement part or unit without additional charge.
- Warranty conditions not met: for return of their product/parts, the claimant must prepay all shipping and transportation costs, including insuring the shipment for full value.
- If they would still like a replacement part, they have the option to purchase one for our set resale value, and we will ship both parts back to the customer as part of that order.
Defect Determination:
Defects to Chube Hotend products will be determined solely by Team Chube after the part/product in question has physically been examined by a member or representative of Team Chube. Upon confirmation of defect, Team Chube reserves the right to decide upon repair, replacement, or refund (partial or whole) in regards to the individual component in question.
No promises can be made by any individual about potential replacement of any part or full unit until it has been physically inspected by Team Chube.
Chube Hotend Innovation:
In the name of innovation, Team Chube reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter, or modify any product or part associated with the Chube Hotend, at any time with or without public announcement. Upon such changes, if Team Chube chooses, We may substitute the warranted product or part with a newer or alternative (equivalent) version. Team Chube will not be required to further stock or make discontinued parts following said alterations or modifications to product designs.
Liability:
Team Chube shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a Chube Hotend product of its use by the owner.
